Provided by YP.comIn 2010, I bought a new car with the promise of life time oil changes. Since the start, I have had a number of issues in my business with Palm Coast Ford.
The oil level was always overfilled. The plastic engine shield at the bottom of the car was never covered back, and consistently dangled after their service. Driver's side carpet mat left dirty. Waiting times generally at least 45 min longer than promised.
And finally... They broke a pan thread at my last oil change, and asked ME to pay for it! Service department manager John was rude. It took me almost 5 hours that day. Despite this, it wasn't fixed. At the end of the next day (as was promised), it still wasn't completely ready and I walked away. They didn't have a loaner for me.
Today is the end of the third day and I don't have my vehicle.
So, IT IS DANGEROUS to leave your car for even simple service at PALM COAST FORD.

Provided by YPmobileNo Honor....No Integrity and worst customer relations ever!!!
Offered a price and renegged on the deal with no HONOR.....general sales manager didn't even try to fix a deal that went bad and try to satisfy a very unhappy customer after a fiasco that was caused by his employees. Unreal how they have a license to do whatever they want.
Beware of these shady characters and this shady Place!!!!

Provided by YPmobileI saw the 2007 mini van I bought in the palm coast observer for $6900. I went to look at it. Was told about the 12,000 mile/12 month warranty it came with- which really appealed to me. I was lured inside & at 1st was told my trade in was worth a laughable price, ready to just leave, yet another manager came by to break me down just a little more. He offered much more for my trade, but by the time I left the actual price of the van had increased to $8900. That should of been a huge red flag!! Well less than 60 days from the date I bought it, the alternator went out along with an oil leak. I was out of town & stranded & called them wondering what I should do about the warranty. They sent me from dept to dept. then told me to have it towed to nearest ford dealership. I called palm coast ford 6 more times & every time was sent to a different dept. The finance dept said there was no such warranty on file, even though I have the paperwork to prove it. He hung up on me! My husband attempted to call them & they hung up on him twice. I thought we were buying from a reputable Ford dealer, but this place is a scam! I will be filing a report with the better business bureau & a lawyer.

Provided by YP.comTake your business elsewhere. They are excellent at passing the buck and taking advantage of people. Poor Management, they aren't capable at taking responsibility as their own. Don't be fooled even if the vehicle is under warranty they will still push you to take actions in a different path by making a simple problem bigger than it should've been.
