Every step of the way - I have to prove the house is in poor condition, beg for a remedy, and follow up repeatedly. I originally believed that this was a reputable company representing a landlord that cared - I was misled.

Absolutely love Real Estate Services. Cheryl Dreezer is the best!! My husband and I have been looking for several months for a home in Florida so we can move back. I trusted Cheryl completely to find our home without us even being there. She went above and beyond and found the perfect house for us! I would recommend her to anyone! We love our home and will be forever grateful!

We rented a duplex from Cheryl and we LOVED IT!! She was so nice and patient and totally understanding! After 9 months of living there my husband was laid off and Cheryl allowed us to live there, rent free until we got our tax return back and could pay her back rent! Without her my husband and I, as well as our 1 year old baby girl would have been homeless with no where to go! I would absolutely go back to them again!

After speaking with Cheryl Dreezer and informing her that I wanted to rent a house, she showed us two condos, and since we were on a tight schedule and moving from out of state, we rented the second condo that she assured would be clean before more-in. When we arrived the condo was not clean. There were dead bugs all over the place as well as live spiders and roaches. I had to spend all night and well into the morning cleaning. I shampooed the worn, torn and dirty carpet in order to have a clean place to move into. I had to spray for bugs several times, along with the electrical bug elimination units I already had. The blinds were broken, which we noticed when we tried to lower them that pieces were broken off and on the floor. She never came to see the dirty place after I informed her about it. She did send a man over to fix the blinds, and to clean the storage room that should have been cleaned before move in, but had furniture, garbage cans and old tires from the previous occupant.



Lately I have informed her about the pile food in the garage. She assured me someone would come to clean it up, but four days later the pile of food is still there and attracting bugs. There is not a rating low enough to give her. She was dishonest, and not trustworthy. I would never suggest that anybody rent a property she manages ever.
