I was looking for an item by phone and that took over 20 minutes to get to that department (ELECTRONIC) and the person who finally answered name was Joshua I ask him did they have Google home he said yes but he believes that they were sold out but a shipment should be in so I ask him to please check for me and he did and he said that 6 should have been there today but it not in the system and I should call back in a couple days I ask why if they should be there now they just could be just sitting in the back could you go check he said NO I'm to busy and when I ask for a manager he said he couldn't transfer me I said so u don't have a manager of your department he just hung the phone up so I call back and ask to speak to the store manager now that was an additional 15 minutes and I'm still waiting for help...Target really suck in customer service by phone.
