My overall experience was good with Vale Professionals. Warn people who have had problems by promises to have money lost to go straight to the State of Florida Attorney General for help.

Vale Professionals got us out of the timeshares - although costly. The timeshare system in its entirety is a scam. It should never be a costly process to exit. Fortunately, I am out of my timeshare though.

Syndi Cabrera was very helpful during this long process but Vale got it done! Thank You!

The representative who came to our home and Cindy and Lynn - (Contact Persons) - were very helpful and nice. Costly, but glad it's over.

I worked with Vale, I had trouble at times getting updates but worked out in the end. The process took 2 years, but they stuck with it and stayed true to their word. I would like to say thank you to Vale.

Overall I had a good experience with Vale Professionals. Hillary, Syndi, and Lynn worked very diligently to get rid of my timeshares. They were very honest with me (not like Wyndam salespeople) and successfully got rid of my timeshare. I do suggest that their transfer staff keep clients informed about with is happening in a timely manner, especially concerning the payment of maintenenance fees, and forwarding the confirmation number of that transaction number to the client. Overall a good experience.

VALE DID WHAT THEY PROMISED & PAID MY MAINTENANCE FEE WHILE THE TRANSACTION WAS BEING PROCESSED. WOULD USE AGAIN AND RECOMEND.

Vale Professionals is the only honest and reliable service to use in getting out of the timeshare trap. We had 3 Wyndam contracts, all are out of our name and we no longer pay maintenance fees. We had tried sales organizations (at considerable espense) and personal advertisement, all with no luck. Vale is the only organization that actually did what they say. Vale is wonderful!

I was quite hesitant at the initial meeting since we had been scammed twice before trying to get rid of our timeshare. I was a difficult customer. I asked for references, and I checked those references. I did research on the internet. But thankfully you folks were a great success! I would easily recommend Vale Professionals to anyone.

We were very pleased with the way it was all handled. The man that came to explain how it work, and we agreed to the plan. He kept his work, we kept ours, and it all worked out great. We did not have to worry, and we got free of a very big problem. I would definitely recommend Vale Professionals to others!

BOTH RANCE AND HILLARY WERE BOTH REAL GOOD IN EXPLAINING ABOUT ME GETTING RID OF MY TIMESHARE. AT FIRST I WAS THINKING I WAS BEING TRICKED AGAIN ABOUT TAKING UP FRONT MONEY FROM ME. EVERYTHING CAME OUT OKAY.
