Visited the store Thursday afternoon, there was plenty of help and no pressure. Robert Gonzalez was my rep and he was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions, and showed me several options to achieve what I wanted even refurbished items on sale to save money. Great experience! Give Robert a raise!

Walked into the Apple Store to have my wifes IPhone 4 We looked to have the contacts and photos somehow extracted. We spoke to one of their representatives (or should I say used car salesman) and specifically mentioned our problem. The phone had previously been splashed with water so it was not turning on. Amanda (our sales rep) took the phone in the back and came back and was very adimate that the phone had water damage the sensor on the lower part of the phone was bright red. From their she pushed on us the cost of a new phone when we had mentioned several times before this that we do not want a new phone all we want to know is if their is a way the phone could be sent in to extract contacts and photos. We left the store very disappointed. We came home opened up the phone and found the sensors to be completely WHITE! Its very unfortunate that you cant even walk into a store without someone try to sell you something. All in all, if want help do not go their!
