Do Not Do Buisness with these Scammers!! I purchased an expensive flat iron for my daughters birthday. The plate cracked and ripped out a noticeable patch in the front portion of her hair. I've gone in the store to get the"lifetime warranty" 4 times with the mint condition box and receipt. I'm always told "come back tomorrow when the manager is here". The girl at the counter stated "I can't even sell the product. I'm just here because they can't leave the store closed." She took me in the back room to show me they carry NO brilliance new York product! This store is a SCAM!
