Misrepresented price by 75% after I had the purchase appraised. Purchased a new ring and appraisal stated USED. Very disappointing. It appeared the right hand didn't know what they left hand was doing. Took forever to get product completed and you walk in there 4 times and they still look at you like Can I help You. You tell them I had a order to pick up for X and they would look at you like WHO !!!! Maybe that is why they are going out of business

I HAD A BRACELET THAT MY HUSBAND GAVE ME 30 YEARS AGO REPAIRED AT THIS JEWELER. UPON LEAVING MY BRACELET BROKE AND WAS LOST FOREVER. DELUCA JEWELERS WOULD NOT DO A THING FOR ME. DO NOT USE THIS JEWELERS!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST AT THIS PLACE AND THERE IS NO RATING..
