DO NOT GO THERE! I went there for my usual car wash. After waiting an hour, I came out to find the metal plate on my door frame bent. When I talked to the manager, he said it wasn't their fault. It was probably loose when I came in. REALLY! It is metal that was bent up 3 inches by my foot. They refuse to take responsibility, and I will never go back.

I haven't don't any yelping lately but I just had to say something about this place. HARRY FOX "the owner" is one cool dude :D

Absolutely Disgusting service !!! Warning do not go here or waste your time or money !!!! I paid EXTRA MONEY to have my car detailed. I was ENSURED 3 TIMES that the package I bought would take out the little oil spots in my carpet ! I told them I was selling the car and needed it perfect. They told me indeed I would not be disappointed ! When I came out I was FLOORED !!! I could not believe it , ALL the spots were STILL there, AND it was still dirty… not just Some spots…. but dirt everywhere, I asked the guy if I could borrow his wet rag, and in front of two guys I LIGHTLY wiped the plastic part of the side of the seat, the door near the window, the door jam where you set in, the dash , the steering wheel and the console…… guess what… when I BARELY wiped it…. ( not scrubbed, but WIPED )…. it left a nice clean distinctive mark where I wiped it clean in those areas !!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT ! I WAS going to tip them a big tip too !!! I asked for the manager, I told him about the extra cost I paid the the guy assured me 3 times the oil would come completely out… AND showed him where I myself cleaned. The manager literally had the nerve to say to me as if I am some kind of idiot…. “ oh, we don’t ever clean dashes here…. we DUST them !!!!! “ Oh my gosh are you kidding me ? REALLY ?????? UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! I asked for my money back, the manager was RUDE and REFUSED TO REFUND ME !!!!!!! SO, NO TIP, AND , I wonder if he thinks that refusing to refund me and being quite nasty is WORTH it in the long run when, his workers get no tips, and his business gets ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS… I am looking at this page and I see that I am not the only one…. they obviously have infuriated MANY customers !!! I agree….. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Will also be sending a report to the better business bureau for their ripping off people, and not standing by their customers satisfaction !!! It’s jerk-offs like this that make people very picky, non-trusting, and who lose wonderful customer ( S ) business !!!!

I had just had my Z4 repainted but broken sprinklers at a hotel caused it to get covered with water spots. I went in to this business for a hand wash, spot removal, and wax. They also "Fixed" the chip in my windshield (which is still there, BTW). Before I knew it, they ran the car through the automated wash anyway, causing numerous 's' shaped scratches in the finish. I wound up spending $110 to have my car damaged and to be told that the car must have had the scratches in it when I brought it in. When you pay extra money for a hand wash job that's what you should get. I will NEVER use this car wash again and highly recommend that, if you care for how your car looks, that you avoid them as well,

The owner, Harry Fox, said that he always wants a satisfied customer and will always take care of any problems and he always returns your calls.



I had my 2009 Subaru Forester detailed at this car wash and they damaged the dashboard of my car with some chemical. When I told Mr Fox about it he claimed "there is no way" his shop did it, but after further research I know his shop did it, so I called him and asked for a resolution to the problem.



3 days later, still no return phone call and no resolution to the problem.



This place is HORRIBLE, do not go there.

I had my carpets washed in my minivan and when handed back to me for payment I found two new bleached spots on the carpet each about the size of a tennis ball. I called the owner Harry Fox and he made two appointments for me to meet him at car wash which he failed to show for both. I have bleached carpets, I waisted my time, and nothing has been resolved for months.

Having been a sporadic customer for more than five years, I recently received a less than stellar wash job on my new car, I subsequently talked to the owner, Harry Fox, who assured me that Customer Service is their highest priority. At a later date, his employees showed me what again what a thorough job they can do and my Toyota again shined like new money!!

For a $20.00 car wash all you get are the outside washed, windows done inside and out, and the dash wiped. Anything more comes under the heading "Detailing". I'll never be back!!
