Our experience at Holland RV in Palm Desert began as soon as we drove into the parking lot, a Sales Consultant who greeted us. Staff inquired what type of RV we were interested in to fit our life style. He was very knowledgeable regarding Newmar RVs. After looking at several RVs suggested we look at a 2018 Dutch Star which would be a good fit. We were hooked. Stayed in contact with us through the whole process and even worked with us over the phone with details on how to work with our new motor-home, he was very helpful and couldn't have done without him.
Sales Manager worked with us to complete a contract that was budget friendly. Holland was extremely busy but arranged around to fit us in their schedule so we could transfer from our RV to the new one. Ty made arrangements for us to stay on the property for two nights while we moved from one RV to another. Ty helped keep an eye on our golden retriever while we signed documents.
Manager and Finance facilitated the financial end of the transaction most efficiently.
RV Information Technician discussed the workings of our Dutch Star. Both gave a very informative and detailed presentation.
We were very appreciative went above and beyond when we had a small issue Saturday with our window awning not retracting and the light in our dinghy's Invisi Brake was staying on. Rolando came out to our campsite to make repairs before he went to work.
Staff made sure we had what we needed when we spent the nights at Holland.
We found our whole experience enjoyable, fun and unquestionably made new friends. Everyone we dealt with gave us STELLER service!

We stopped by for an issue with our Jeep tow bar light that wouldn't turn off. Holland Motor Homes was right next door to our RV park. We talked to the service department and they were so nice to take a look, even though they didn't install it and helped us within a few minutes to fix the problem. No charge!!! Now that's great customer service. If we needed work done, while in Palm Springs, I would come back to this location.

Even though we aren't in the market to buy, the sales staff were not pushy and were happy to let us see any Newmar we wanted to go in. We had a nice chat with a couple of the guys and left with more knowledge for the future.

My wife and I have been RVing for 30+ years. We retired and decided to be full timers. We spent a year researching Class A Gas Coaches and found Newmar Bay Star to be the best value if you want a quality Coach. We worked Holland RV to order our Bay Star exactly how we wanted it - 2 recliners instead of a sofa, tile flooring, drop down bunk for our Grandson. All the folks at Holland are awesome, professional, honest and easy to work with.

Greg at Holland is friendly, knowledgeable, and brings you to the RV that you actually want to see. Most people would look at us & guess that 2 people in their 30s wouldn't be serious about purchasing a Dutchman Class A motorhome, but he treated us with respect & showed us six different ones that would fit our needs. Although we didn't leave today with one, a Dutchman is def going to be our next motorhome. Thank you Greg for helping us figure that out!

So we took the plunge...again! Traded in the Winnebago for a smaller Newmar. Still diesel, but 9 feet shorter. Very nice interior and we’ll be able to get in more places. Looking forward to our first trip.

We purchased our motor home from Holland and had fabulous service at that time from staff. This week we took our coach back for service so that s service staff could check on all of the little challenges we had after our first trip with the coach. We had a list of approximately 15 items to check on. One week later he called to tell us that the coach was ready to pick up. We were very satisfied with the work that was done and the time frame for completion. Thanks to everyone at Holland!

We just had the best and friendliest service at Holland RV. We needed a quick and simple repair on our coach and Holland RV took care of us! Where can you get that done in a pinch on a Saturday?! Great facility, great service. We walked thru a newer coach that was gorgeous, so when we are ready to buy it, we will buy it from Holland RV.

I was quite surprised when reading some of the prior reviews on HMH. Many five star reviews, which definitely mirrors OUR experience, and several one stars that sound a bit like they may have been written by an angry ex employee.

Anyway, we could not have been more pleased with our experience. We'd already done our homework, and knew what class/size of motorhome we wanted to see. When we arrived, sales rep came out to assist us! We were both very impressed with her knowledge of the dealership's product lines, and were pleased to learn she's a US Army veteran as well!! She zeroed in on our criteria, checked their inventory list and showed us all the rigs they had that would meet our needs. She was able to answer ALL the questions we had, making it clear she had learned their product line very well!

We found the rig we loved, and as it was late in the day on Saturday, she asked if we'd like to go for a test drive, or come back another day. We told her we'd come back Monday, and she gave us her card. We called her following afternoon, and said we just couldn't wait til Monday, so we headed over!

When we arrived, she said that unfortunately the rig we liked had sold the previous day, but that she had worked w/the Mgr to bring the same unit from another of their (family owned) dealerships!! We were so very pleased with her follow thru to do that for us!!! We did our test drive, and made a great deal with her boss Ty! They explained that our next step, once paperwork was finalized, would be their customer service specialist Brian would call to arrange our 1-2 hour appointment time to come in and learn all about our new Class A and address any questions or concerns. It has, so far, been an awesome experience! In our case, we are moving from a fifth wheel to a Class A, and they actually welcomed our trade in! So...whether you are a new RV'er or a long timer...you will be in great hands with Christine (and Ty!!)

We just purchased a new Pace Arrow from Harry at Holland RV in Palm Desert. Harry was very educational and a very helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him and Kim. They made the whole buying experience very pleasurable.

My husband and I purchased our first ever motorhome in December. We received wonderful service from our sales associate, Damon. Since our purchase, the staff has been very responsive and have gone above and beyond to handle our every request. We have added some items such as SAT TV, washer/dryer and we are very pleased with the service department and particularly the service manager, Shawn. We are delighted with our new motorhome and I want to thank everyone at Holland Motor Homes for taking such good care of us!

We stopped in to look at some Newmar RVs and we got an amazing education from Brian.

We are not ready to purchase anything now, but we appreciate his willingness to show us options and help us figure out what we want and don't want.
