I waited in line for take out (3) customers before me and after (9) minutes the I began to place my order, the phone rang and the employee ignored me and after (4) minutes she asked again what I wanted to order. I explained to the employee that she should have put the caller on hold and accommodate me as I was next. Her reply, the owner would be mad at me and we are told to take phone orders and let the customer in line wait. I left the restaurant immeadiately and did not place my order for (6) pizzas and (3) orders of pasta. I took my business elsewhere where I was treated properly. I will never return to Mario's again. The Manager should be terminated immeadiately.
