On May 27, 2018, I arrived at your place of business via yellow cab. Upon arrival to the office, I was greeted very poorly. I was told to keep our voices down, otherwise we would wake the dogs in the adjacent motel room. What?? I was seriously taken back by this comment. I mean I had my 2 grand daughters, ages 2 and 7 with me, just trying to get a descent room for the night. Instead
I was rented a room that had no properly working air conditioner. It was 114 degrees.
My grand daughters striped down to their undies, just to cool down to try to sleep. Upon calling the front desk, I explained the problem of how the room air conditioner was not working and that we were literally sweating to death. Which forced me to jeopardize our safety and privacy, by having to open and leave the front door open so we could at least get a little breeze.
Unfortunately I was told that there were no rooms to move and that maintenance not available but would come out in morning.
How is this going to help us out tonight I ask.
Well for your inconvenience, we will give a 20 dollar discount to your bill. Once again, I ask; how does this help us out tonight?
Needless, to say this was a horrible experience staying at your establishment.
I understand appliances break down at the most inconvenient times. However, as a customer I truly would appreciate the respect of honoring and treating your guests with the utmost respect and to provide a good nights rest in a clean, and properly upkept rooms.
