CLOSED NOW - Opens at 1:00pm

I called Jerry and asked if I he could please look at my damaged tire after I got off work and Jerry said yes if I could be there by 5:00 pm. Ozzie's is a little off the beaten path (a couple of turns really) and I am new to town so I was ten minutes late however Jerry and Grant welcomed me with smiles and good cheer and open arms! They took my tire out of the trunk, saw a huge nail and said it likely might be plugged. Wow those guys are strong!!! Grant put the plug in while Jerry held the tire in place and it was a struggle. Believe me these fellows look like body builders so it was no easy task. Then Montez appeared out of nowhere with a jack and began to pull the donut tire and proceeded to mount my repaired tire. Then Jerry and Grant checked the air in all the other tires. The whole time these three gentlemen were smiling and polite and professional and FAST! Unbelievable! I cannot remember when I have had such nice customer service and been treated so well. I then took out my wallet to pay for my service and Jerry refused to take any money from me, he said it was a courtesy. I was in shock, seriously! I moved from a very large metropolitan city and that just does not happen. I am one who prefers to find a service that is great and stick with that place of business, forever. I have found my automotive place of business and I intend to be a lifelong customer. I am calling tomorrow to make an appointment to have my oil changed and all the belts checked along with new brakes. This is a fabulous, decent, upstanding company and if you want to deal with really good people please take your vehicle to OZZIE'S just off Cook St. on Lennon in Palm Desert, Ca. Thanks a million to Jerry, Grant and Montez at OZZIE'S.

On vacation from Northern California. Looked in yellowbook, and called Ozzie's. Found them very cooperative and informative. Changed oil, fixed a flat, and repaired air conditioning in about one hour. Prices are fair. I will return.,

Ozzie's is fantastic. The only place I trust in the desert. Michael is fantastic and can be trusted to stick to an estimate. The place is clean beyond reason and just as reliable.
