Founded in 1979, Palm Desert Development Company, also known as PDDC, is involved in the development of residential real estate that offers a range of design and construction services. The company develops multifamily residential real estate units in Southern California and Arizona. It has developed more than 2,000 single-family homes and over five multifamily housing communities. Palm Desert Development Company has worked on several projects, including the Indio Desert Palms, Orchard Villas II, Cottonwood Place I, Hovley Gardens, Hemet Vistas, Cottonwood Place II, and Mission Palms Senior. It also serves a general partner in several Low-Income Housing Tax Credit limited partnerships and manages portfolio generated through these partnerships.
