Provided by YP.comYou know, I've read a few of these reviews and I need to say grow up people. You are sell/buying a commodity. Yes the owner is idiosyncratic and a bit gruff. So what! The fact is he gave me the best price in the valley when I needed to sell some coins and didn't have time to use my normal national dealers. And he was very close to their prices too.
Would it have been nice for him to be kind and polite? Offer me bottled water and a comfortable leather chair to sit in? Sure. But if given the choice between a higher price with an F-U as I walked out the door, or some polite guy with an accent giving me $50 below spot like many in the CV do, I'll have a thick skin and count my extra cash thank you. (BTW, I liked the guy though, lots of character).
Bottom line, if you know your stuff and won't get taken this is a good store. If you don't, you might feel like you are being taken go somewhere else. If that's you, call Goldline; you’ll get taken for sure.

Provided by YP.comOwner of this business, surly older man named Paul, guilted me into selling him my small coin collection. Following my instinct, I went back about an hour later to buy it back and he told me he had already sold it. I knew he was lying and he knew I knew it but he does business in cash so as not to leave a paper trail, thus I had no recourse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN, HE IS A CROOK AND WILL MOST CERTAINLY RIP YOU OFF!

Provided by YP.comThe owner of the store is a salty old man who needs to up his customer service skills. In the end, he is making money off of us, so it's time to stop being rude and acting like he doesn't want business.
Better if you talk to the guy in person. On the phone, he is a bit of a jerk, and has little patience for the uninformed buyer. Despite his good deals on spot gold and silver, you have to ask yourself if it's worth being treated like an idiot.

Provided by YP.comThis is my first review ever. I was not pleased at all. I called asking if they had gold in and rather than helping me. The man who answered the phone said that my background noise was too loud and my desired gold pieces were not good, asking why I would want those. He then hung up on me without saying bye when I said thanks. It was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Why go there for help when other places can take my money and be polite.
