Father died very soon after signing agreement. While the attorney was working on trust papers the only time invested by this company was our meeting to strategize and to make the full payment, and two calls regarding life insurance he placed to find out what I needed to fill out forms wise in order to make arrangements directly with life insurance to convert his policy to his trust, and a handful of email correspondence with me. No trust ever was actively set up, no probate work, no Medicaid application. Literally 2 weeks in and they put everything on hold as he was placed in hospice house. It was all very preliminary. I understand that they are in a business to make money, but $4500 means nonnegotiable, no refund of any kind. "Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds in this kind of situation. Despite not being able to apply for (your father), our expertise makes up a large portion of our fee, while the time commitment is lumped into it." Just beware. I am sure that if your loved one lives through the application process, this service can help. But should they unexpectedly take a turn for worse, do not expect mercy on behalf of this business. Their time is extremely valuable. I just feel taken advantage of by yet another unscrupulous and uncaring company
