I have been taking my dogs here since they opened and they have always gone above and beyond in all aspects of their care. They know my dog Bandit on a first name basis and greet him when he comes in and when he leaves with hugs and kisses. They take great care to make sure you are satisfied with the service you get and my dog absolutely loves going there. The vet service is top notch and she spends a lot of time with you and makes sure you know what's going on or not going on with your pet. The only time you seem to hear about a place is when it gets a bad review of which there aren't many, figured a wrote a true ,good account of the service I get so people can go judge for themselves. Free first vet visit people, and the vet is awesome!!

NOV. 17 2015 I TOOK MY CAT FOR BOARDING, THIS WAS TO BE FOR 10 DAYS, AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS I RECEIVED A CALL THAT MY CAT SCRATCHED HIMSELF BEHIND HIS EAR AND THAT ANTIBIOTIC CREAM WAS APPLIED AND IF IT GOT WORSE THEY WOULD HAVE THEIR VET, CHECK HIM. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME . WHEN I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING I WAS TOLD HE WAS FINE. I CALLED EITHER EVERYDAY OR OTHER DAY AND WASTOLD HE WAS FINE.. I HAD TO LEAVE HIM ANOTHER 7 DAYS DUE TO MY MOM PASSING AWAY. I BELIEVED HE WAS IN GOOD HANDS AND THAT WAS THE NOT TRUE. I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS COMING TO GET HIM IS WHEN I WAS TOLD HE HAD 1 OR 2 FLEAS AND THEY GAVE HIM A CAPSTAR TABLET TO KILL FLEAS. WHEN I CHECK HIM HE WAS COVERED IN SCABS FROM SCRATCHING. THE CAT HAD BEEN INFESTED WITH FLEAS . I HADTHE VET THERE CHECK HIM AND HE NEEDED A ANTIBIOTIC SHOT AND CORDIZONE SHOT. THIS WASA CASE OF ANIMAL NEGLECT AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I HAD TO TAKE HIM TO HIS VET 2 DAYS LATER AND HIS DR COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW BAD HE WAS AND OF COURSE HE NEEDED ANOTHER TREATMENT. THAT VISIT CORST ME ANOTHER $107.00 THAT I DIDN'T NEED TO SPEND.

THIS PLACE EITHER NEEDS TO HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES OR SHUTDOWN. NO ANIMAL SHOULD EVER BE EXPOSED TO WHAT MY CAT HAD TO..THE WORSE PLACE EVER.
