When I called to schedule a pick-up, the owner said he didn't have any drivers available and that he was on vacation. Unreliable. Very difficult to negotiate a contract with the owner (whom I believe is attempting to run this business part-time). After agreeing to a price-point for pick-ups, he claimed to have forgotten what we agreed to and wanted to charge 45% more, because the volume wasn't as frequent as he hoped. Unprofessional. They opt not to use email and their fax is at an alternate site (I presume at Kinkos). Bottom line, AAA should be renamed DDD or simply, F. They aren't even the cheapest... My company refuses to deal with this fly-by-night operation, which is obviously run out of somebody's garage. Do your due diligence, we did and they failed miserably. Beware, use at your own risk.
