I never traded. EVER! I always get asked by all gamestop employees. But it was a waste to get 10 bucks for 5 games. And then I shopped here and met the lady that works there. She finally explained everything and I do have to say that I left the store more informed than I ever have. I brought in my trades. It made sense. I use to think the trade and used portion of gamestop was a ripoff. I now finally understand the real value. I don't Rember her name. But thank you!!! I want to tell everyone now!!

The staff is extremely helpful. They will go out of their way to help you. The manager there is the best retail managers I've come accross. She's sincere, remembers you and truly cares about the store and customers. It's really hard to find a staff like that these days in retail. This store has a customer for life.
