On word - Terrrible. I lived in these apartments for a year and a half. I can't say how many times I put a work order for repairs and never got anybody to fix my things. I also got my patio set destroyed with tar when they worked on the roof. My husband and I had 2 laptops stolen out of our apartment as well as my brother in-laws car getting broken into, parked outside the gate. To top it all off, when we moved out I was basically charged to remodel the apartment, when it was in bad shape to begin with. Hgggghhhh!!! When I called to speak with who I thought was the manager turned out to be the 3rd maneger in 1 year & 1/2. Nobody is ever on the same page. My advice,be very careful about your legal rights befor signing a lease.
