The grounds and the pool itself are more than fantastic. Such a great get away. We loved the feeling of the hotel and were amazed how relaxing it was. The only draw back was the attitude and how unprofessional some of the front desk people were. Without mentioning anything at check in we were put in a room, which was laud (next to all the air conditioning) and had no windows you can look out of. When we called down to make arrangements for a less laud room we were met with an attitude, not a I'm so sorry we will take care of it. The bell man comes to get our luggage and he says, "why did thye put you in this room...no uses it...it is too laud". Anyways we finally got a new room but the road of getting it was anything but pleasant. Wished the person would have apologized for her mistake and quickly arrange for another room. I guess some people have no manner.....
