Majority of Board are very unprofessional and immature. I have lived here since 2007, but no one had ever heard of me until 2016 when I became sole owner and dared to ask 2 questions. 1. When will my sprinklers be fixed for I had put in a work order in Jan? 2. Why do we never see our assigned maintenance worker? Since that day I have been threatened and bullied in every imagined way. I have been labeled a troublemaker simply for posting informational and educational bulletins along with making official records requests per Florida Statute 718.111(12). I have been a victim numerous times of selective enforcement, numerous cease and desist letters full of false allegations that have no factual evidence or police reports to back up any allegations, and many attempts at fining that have been unsuccessful. To date from 2016 to current date, have had 10 death threats, been physically attacked, and approx 50 police reports involving my home specifically such as break ins, attempted break ins, numerous thefts, car vandalized, and so on. All because I dare to follow our FL Statutes and to tell the truth.
