Provided by YP.comThis guy is a quality physician. Great communications; professional facilities; absolutely knows what he doing and makes a tough procedure civilized. Compared to the guy in Connecticut, Ross Cohen is a professional.

Provided by YP.comNormally, I don't need a posh office to feel at home but this office gave me the creeps from the moment I stepped into the parking lot to the moment I breathed a sigh of relief while leaving for the first and last time!
The exterior is a run down 70s looking one story building. I could have overlooked that easily but the inside was no better. The front office staff looked unprofessional. The file clerks looked like they should be working at a tattoo parlor (my husband thought they were just boyfriends hanging around). The interior of the office looked rundown, unkept and unclean. I would bet $100 they've spent less than that maintaining the place. Even the little door that you put your urine cup was crooked and sort of off the hinge. Can't they invest in a screw driver?
Okay, so you're probably thinking that I'm a Boca chic that needs valet parking and free coffee in the lobby to feel at home but this is not the case. I am very down to earth. Walking into the office was like taking a wrong turn into a bad neighborhood and getting that "Oh, I've got to get out of here as quickly as possible" feeling.
Dr. Cohen arrived with his button down shirt, chest hair sticking out and large gold chain. No really, I'm serious. Thus the 70s film reference. He did not look professional and again, I might have been able to overlook that if he was a doll of a doctor. Not so. He epitomized the "I am doctor and therefore, I am god" complex. When I asked questions (apparently twice), he would start with "Again!.......". Even my husband who is very mild mannered and non-judgemental was appalled.
Upon arriving home, we promptly called around and got some personal referrals from people we know and trust and switched to another urologist with a normal office (and by normal I mean clean, kept up and reasonably up-to-date, normal staff, and a doctor I can comfortably ask questions with and not feel like I'm being a nuisance by doing so.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. If this were the last urologist left on the planet, then maybe I'd pony up and tolerate it but there are lots of urologist in Palm Beach County. Don't settle for substandard care!
