If I could leave it with zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT!! He helped file my taxes for three years, and then I started getting letters from IRS resulting in me owing the IRS over $2000 in mis-filed taxes. I've been trying to rectify this for 2 years now, and John either responds after numerous attempts to reach him, or no response at all. Asking him to take care of this issue with the IRS, then called the IRS to find out he never contacted them to begin with to fix the problem. Now a year later of trying to get this fixed, I end up having all of my federal return withheld due to this issue. John refuses to take responsiblity for his actions and refund me for his carelessness (it was stupid mistakes of missing forms, that's all that's needed to fix this, and he won't even send me the forms to take care of it myself!!) So, again, DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT unless you just like losing money to the IRS!!!
