Kreative Kids was SUPPOSED to watch my children and provide a safe learning environment for my children while I had to work..... THEY DID NOT!!!!! DO NOT... DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! The second day I sent my two children...(One was one the other two) I received a call from the manager about ten mins after I dropped my daughter off. She said that my daughter was crying uncontrollably and I had to come pick her up. I told her that she may just be uncomfortable being it is her first day. She said she was not sure what was wrong but they couldn't calm her down. When I got there, my daughter who was only two at the time, was asleep... BY HERSELF... in a room. You could tell she had cried herself to sleep. When I woke her up she was holding her arm and crying, saying that it hurt. I signed her out and was just going to take her home, but when I tried to put her into her carseat I couldn't. She started screaming bloody murder about her arm when I tried to buckle her in. Then I decided that home was not the best place. I called her doctor and immediatly took her in to see them. On my way I called the daycare to find out what exactly happened. The lady said she did not know.... how can they not know. They are supposed to watch and care for children. When I dropped my kids off there was only one other kid there, I put my son into a highchair and strapped him in so the lady only had to watch to effing kids. Anyway, I took my daughter to the doctor, he said that she had a fracture... probably from someone pulling her by the arm, or trying to pick her up or something to that matter. Needless to say, someone yanked my daughter by the arm and was not telling me everthing. I decided to call the police and make a report. I met the officer at the daycare. He went into the back room and spoke to the only lady that was there at the time and she said she was not sure what happened. When I dropped my daughter off she was fine, even when I left she cried a little but not much... what do you mean she doesn't know. WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?! All the lady had to say was look. It was an accident. Maybe she was trying to get my daughter to sit down... or whatever. These things happen. I've picked my daughter up by her arm and put her in timeout... but I've never yanked her hard enough to fracture her arm. These people should not be allowed to supervise children. I would never recommend this place to anyone... not even my worst enemy. Children need a safe environment, and you need to be able to trust the ones that watch them. Please do yourself a favor... if you know anyone who has their children here... have them taken out. There was nothing that could be done to the school because of the lack of evidence. SERIOUSLY?!?! lol. Thanks Palm Springs PD... gee you're great!
