Travis was extremely helpful and honest about a 99 Sebring vehicle I was going to repair. He could have taken my money, fixed it and said nothing. However, he informed me of all wrong and stated he would not put the money into this vehicle. He helped me scrap the vehicle and paid me the money from that on the spot. I was from out of town and am very grateful I found an honest mechanic in Travis!

I really can't say enough about the amazing service I recieved at Travis'! I went to the Keys for a weekend of fun and filled up the tank on my car and soon realized that something was wrong. I took my car to The Chevy Dealer in West Palm (my car is just 2 years old) and after them running tests on it, they came to the conclusion that it wasn't anything to do with warrenty and that it was the gas. They wanted...wait for it...$800 to drop my tank, drain it, and do a bunch of flushing! I asked if I could have this done else where and it wouldn't impact my warrenty, they said it wasn't warrenty work and therefore would have no impact. I paid the steap $112 for the code reading and headed to Travis'. He has had expirence with this sort of thing in the past. He took a more conservative route and wanted to drain the tank and fill with Super. He ended up having to drop my tank to drain it (dang '13 Malibu) and filled it up. All this cost me under $250. So I went from having to spend $800 to $355! That is is over 50% savings. This was almost a month ago, My car is running great! He did suggest filling the next couple tanks with Super just to be on the safe side. He was nice, all the guys in the shop were very friendly.



Being a woman it is still pretty hard to walk into any automotive place and not feel like your getting the run around because of your ovaries. This place is a true gem. I didn't feel like it mattered that I was a woman, they care about their customers end of story. Man, woman, or other! If you want honest work done and to pay an honest price while talking with good people this is the place for you.
