There is a gentleman by the name of Herby; while he may make for a good friend you don’t want him on the opposite side of the table when negotiating a car sale, unless he works for you.



Each of their vehicles has over $2000 total markups part of that is $1200 in fair market value adjustment. From a dealer’s point of view it makes perfect sense and dollars you have to negotiate hard just to get to the original sticker price. Then when you try to negotiate below sticker price they keep on telling you that "you’re already knocked $2000 off". If you thought it was difficult to get to sticker price it is next to impossible to achieve anything below that.



Costco warehouse Car purchasing program, while they are a part of that it doesn’t mean anything to them you walk in there no better off than somebody else.



I have taken my Vw vehicle in for routine service; I will never go back there!



As a consumer you have multiple choices and if you’re in the position of buying a car you are truly in the driver seat.
