Bob Clark's behavior was wildly inappropriate. I called him to inquire about a property for which he was the selling agent. He agreed to meet me without asking if I had an agent I was working with. I was not aware that I was "required" to disclose that my brother would be my agent. As soon as he found out about my brother Bob went COMPLETELY BALLISTIC! He completely disrespected & mistreated me in front of my wife and 5-month old son. He started screaming about having to split his commission. I found this to be so beyond unprofessional to whine to a customer about commission. He completely lost his temper and had no control of his emotions. He also did nothing more than unlock the door for us and let us view the place on our own while he waited outside. Zero salesmanship or attempt to build any kind of rapport with us as buyers. All he did was go on about himself and how he's been doing this for 38 years. Bob has no concept of earning someone's business. Steer clear.
