Very Incapable Employee. I had items sent through Greyhound Busfreighter. I was suppose to have 3 days to get items. The worker Anna called in a panic telling me that I had to get my 19 boxes or she would get into trouble with the City of Palmdale. I was on the road driving across the country so I sent a family member. When the person came to pick up my boxes, two were missing. Plus I have a mini van but it took 4 trips to get my stuff which I could have gotten in one load within the 3 day period.

Also when I tried to talk to her she was rude and would not let me get in a word edge-wide. She is one of the worst employees I have ever encountered in my entire life.

The people answering the phone at this business are very nasty and unproffesional. Absoluley zero quality of curtious service.
