If i could give this place no stars i would, worst experience ever. I only went to this place because of the ONE good review there is but unfortuately i didnt have the best experience. At first everything was good. The reapir man arrived at my house to pic up the T.V ( even though he charged me $ 30 to drive a few blocks ) then he said my repair will take 1 week. After a week i called for update and he said the part has not arrived and it would take another week. 2nd week passed and i called him again ( i never received a follow up call ) He said it would take a couple more days to finish up. Those couple of days turned into another week. 3rd he finally calls me and tells me the T.V was repaired and ready for pick up. I show up to test the T.V and lord behold, the repair never happen, it was like nothing was done to it, same issue with no improvement. His reason behind it was that he might have received a defective part and that a replacement would take a few days. At this time i was fed up so i decided to go elsewhere with my bussiness,,, 3 weeks of wasted time.

GREAT F-A-S-T SERVICE... The Tech came out in the afternoon with his 'laptop' and another 'device' and checked to see what the problem was, and told me what part he'd have to replace...He gave me a quote, applied my house call to the repair fee, then off to the SHOP it went & said he'd see me tomorrow!.... Then, the Tech called me LESS than 24 hours later saying: 'It's READY'!! What a relief that was after my previous 'fiasco' with another repairman! He brought my HDTV back, mounted it back on the wall, turned it on & showed me it's working great!! Next time I have any problems, I'M CALLING THEM FOR SURE!!! Prices and service are GREAT... 90 Day Guarantee too!! Life is GOOD now!!
