I am handicapped! I had been going to this store to shop expecting to be able to use the shopping assist scooter. It was never charged, always shoved over into the corner, when I asked about it the answer was "oh it's broken" NOT BROKEN, lazy associates!! I finally called corporate and reported this. A month later there was a new manager and a brand new scooter! YAY, thank you for paying attention

Shady Business Practices

Management can make or break a store. The management at the Palmdale Joann's is very poor. Many of their 'unadvertised' sale items management will pick and choose to either give the discount or withhold. This has been their practice for a few years now.

Repeat business is probably very low priority, but the good news is there is not much of a waiting line because of customer dissatisfaction.

When they too go out of business and blame the 'Economy' they will really have only bad management to blame.

PS The one star rating is because at least the store is there.
