We ordered a Large Pizza. They delivered a medium pizza. They tried to cut a couple of pieces, less than half the size of a regular slice. We called and a guy named JEFF said he cut the pieces...when I informed him we ordered a medium and it was the same size pizza and that we only had 8 pieces...he called me a LIAR. I was appalled. I asked him, why would he call a customer a liar. I am a business owner myself. That's not how an employee who claimed to be the manager, should speak to a customer who is dissatisfied. I need the corporate number to make a complaint. I know the website directs to another state. A slice of pizza should not be less than half of a regular slice....if that is what he was pertaining to. The fact that he called me a liar was inappropriate and very disrespectful. I would like an apology from the owner, not the manager, because at this point, I do not know who the manager is...he informed us that the manager would call back at 7:30pm...We haven't heard from him. We definitely will not order from you guys again. You are rude and unprofessional. I start to go up and wait for the manager, but it's just too cold outside and 4 slices that are do to us...we will take the loss and not patron this business. But I want an apology.

Yummmmy Pizza, and Sam & his staff are soooo nice!

When we are missing pizza from our east coast home (PA), we call/visit Sam! *His pizzas are hot, yummy deliciousness... And, we appreciate his welcoming, small-town/neighborly attitude. Whether served by Sam himself, or one of his staff members, we're always pleased with the customer service offered.-the Leone's
