DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM SIT AND SLEEP.



I bought a SEALY memory foam Mattress from the palmdale location less then 8 months ago. The mattress started to rip from the right corner bottom seam. I contacted Sit and Sleep's customer service department and they told me to take photos of the damage to see if the manufacturer would warranty the damage. They then emailed me and said it was denied and there was nothing they could do for me.



i paid close to 2,500 for this mattress and i did not cause this damage. i contacted SEALY myself as well and they told me that this is not warrantied and that i am out of luck.



Do not buy SEALY products because as you can tell from my story they are trash and don't last. That warranty they tell you about will not be honored.



Do not buy anything from Sit n Sleep because they wont back the products they sell. They will just contact the manufacturer on your behalf and your claim will be denied. Then they will tell you too bad sorry but we cant do nothing for you. Very poor customer service, i feel rip off buying a Mattress from Sit n Sleep.



Don't let this happen to you.

I just recently bough a mattress for my son and i paid $320 for it. And they send me the mattress that they had in display. They thought that i wasn't going to notice it, but i did. Now I'm trying to get it exchange and all the sales man name John Ely in the Palmdale, CA store tell me that he need to seen when are they going to send me the new mattress. I can't believe that does furniture stores are more better that this Sit N Sleep sores. This stores SUCKS!!!

Very clean store, good sales help, good selection of mattresses. I did not purchase, but would definitely feel comfortable to go back when ready.
