These apartments are under new management and she is really good. She always makes sure everything is getting taken care of. She is just a really nice person, the last lady was horrible. The whole place just looks so much nicer now.

We will be moving soon, and I'm glad. We have lived here for almost 2 years, and let me say that these apartments are horrible. The maintenance/management is never there when you need them, they don't fix things in a timely manner, and are overall rude. The whole first summer we were here and most of the next--the manager wouldn't open the pool, which is what you think you're going to have when you move in here (A pool). The manager always complained about us (we were honestly very good,quiet tenants.) Never had parties,fights,etc. But the neighbors that caused frequent disturbances were fine by her.



The manager is a b**** and I don't say that about many people. For your own good, I would NOT recommend Summer Winds Apartments in Palmdale,Ca.
