ZERO STARS would be appropriate. I went over first thing yesterday morning. Their hours are displayed 8 am- 9 pm. They are very rude. I arrived a bit after 8 am & put my clothes to wash. I was told to come back at 9:30. I came back before 9:25 am. They locked down the doors. My clothes were already pulled out into their cart in plain view through the window. The owner (man) pulls up after 9:30. I told him I didn't like that he took it upon himself to touch my clothes. It was unnecessary & I've been going there for a year. The CRAZY thing he was doing is that he was glaring at me & told me that I can put my stuff going in the dryer but CAN NOT be inside their business?! Because he was going to lock up again. WTF!? I have tolerated their dirty floors, thick old mop water in sight, & they deliberately have 6 washers functional. About the same for their dryers. THEIR CHANGE MACHINES ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL. HAVING TO DRY ELSEWHERE. ELSEWHERE IS BETTER FOR THE PRICE TOO. P.S. Don't even think of getting a shower here. The water is cold.

Tough. The place was pretty dirty. They probably don't need the 50 plus machines for Palmer, but still - about 28 of them were marked "Out Of Order". The working machines had a layer of dust and laundry powder on top. The soap reservoirs had gummy soap buildup.

. I cleaned off the folding table I was using. From another review, it sounds like they do a great job on the services they provide, but they use the same dirty machines for the wash and fold service. Unhappy.

I found the staff very rude

I hate to "pile on" and I'm not the type to write a bad review on a business, but in this case I must. The lady behind the counter who appears to be the owner is "gosh awful", I mean AWFUL. I truly believe the only reason this dry cleaner is still in business is they are the ONLY dry cleaner in Palmer. They know it and act like it as well. Sorry ma'am, my trip to Wasilla to get my dry cleaning done is fine with me if I don't give you my dollar. I hope they can change, but if not, that's the American way, no service, no business....for very long anyway.

Expect no level of customer service here. Had issues with machine and the woman working would not even listen to explanation about their machine. She ignored me then told me it was my fault . She was very rude. The place is dirty and unkept. Buyer beware here .

I live a busy life and don't have time to waste doing laundry. I've had this couple doing all my laundry since 2007. I've never had a problem with their work, and their rate is more than reasonable.

I used the dry cleaning services at the Laundry Depot 3/1/2013. One word HORRIBLE!!! I took my brand new king sized dry clean only comforter here. When I took it out of the bag 1st it STUNK! 2nd the thread pattern is all unraveled 3rd. my comforter is covered in lint balls. I'm am so disgusted. AWFUL AWFUL. Don't waste your time our money. Go somewhere else. PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

A lady who works there was sweeping the floor BETWEEN by feet. I think she really just wanted to sweep me out the door.

Unfortunatly I have to give this place one star, it doesn't deserve that. The facility is poorly kept and dirty. I had a problem with a machine and was laughed at and told it was my problem not theirs. When I told the owner that I wanted his name he refused to talk to me and flat out ignored me. If you are not willing to give your name when you are the owner of a business, clearly you are not proud of the service you provide.
