he billing department is incompetent. The hospital could not figure out how to bill my insurance company correctly to get payment. The ER doctor and the imaging department received their payment with no issues. The also sent my bill to collections without sending a final notice although told the collection company they had. I only gave them on star because I could not leave the stars empty.

Their billing department is inaccessible, and they send you collections without ever billing you after your insurance pays. Beware... God help you if they put a gold band around your wrist on admitting you--you're doomed...
