rompt service, tech was knowledgeable and professional. Very prompt and adhered to the time that was scheduled for. The carpet is lower grade contractor grade carpet, but you were able to bring it back to life even in the high traffic areas.

Great covenient scheduling, thorough job. Works hard to get any real bad areas clean. Makes carpet look like new even though it's 10 yrs old.

Could not ask for better. Explains why I'm a recurrent customer. There is not just one thing that makes us happy with your service. Every experience is great. The service techs are always helpful, courteous, and do a great job. I appreciate them putting on the plastic booties even before they begin cleaning. I like the yearly/monthly coupons for protector or a free room. I 'be got great discounts. I've also received free spot remover from a tech once. I usually get a set of plastic booties for me and family so we don't have wet socks!

I watched while Matt did the carpet cleaning and I thought he did a good job. It might have taken a while, but the job looks good. The carpet looks very clean compared to what it was. We now have a clean and better smelling carpet.

Great service. Very professional and thorough. Cleaners always bend over backwards to make sure I'm satisfied. I had lots of stains today and they all came out. The carpets are beautiful again.

They did a very thorough job both times I have used them. Carpets look 100% better and the house smells wonderful. Prices are great.
