Just had our first visit with Dr. Jensen and her staff~we were extremely impressed and look forward to continuing the partnership as our puppy grows!!! Dr. Jensen's kindness, knowledge, and professionalism goes above and beyond what we have experienced with other vets in C/S and it goes without saying that we will be recommending her and her staff to all our fur parent friends!!!

We have taken our pets to Palmer Lake for about three years and originally it was wonderful, a lot has changed this year though, with one vet leaving and much of staff seeming to have turned over. Because of this we do not receive the genuine, friendly service we once did. The new staff has made no attempt to make us feel welcome after years of continued business. What recently pushed us over the edge to leave was the experience leading up to and after a routine surgery for our dog. There were many disappointing events, but after receiving post op directions from a technician that we, of course, followed adamantly. The veterinarian questioned my husband as to why we were feeding our dog her regular diet during her one week post op appointment after we had diligently followed the written post op plan of three days altered diet, making us feel bad for our dog but also question the plan prescribed to us. Rather than accept responsibility the vet replied 'well whats done is done.' Ultimately, medicine is a business and we will be taking ours elsewhere.
