RECENTLY SIGNED UP FOR THE BUNDLE, A FEW DAYS LATER NO CABLE, PHONE OR INTERNET EVERYTHING DOWN ALL EVENING, A FRIEND CALLED TO REPORT THE OUTAGE WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR, CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE A WOMAN NAME LYNN AND EXPLAINED I HAVE CARDIAC ISSUES AND NEED A PHONE TO CALL 911 SHE TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER, HEALTH EMERGENCIES ARE NOT A PRIORITY, HAD TO CALL 911 THE NEXT DAY AND NO APOLOGY FROM HER, HER ATTITUDE IS SCARY

The only problem I have with B...

The only problem I have with Blue Ridge Comunication is my Vidio on demand is its contantly freezing up on me, it could be a real pain when im trying to record a show.

I don't know why people slam their cable companies; Blue Ridge is great to work with. They use subcontractors who are not always totally committed, but they'll fix any problems with no complaints. Customer service is really helpful, too. Such a relief!
