Barbara Polster and Laura Howard of Howard Properties were highly unprofessional and extremely self-serving.



Barbara brought me into to two situations that, as a realtor, she should have been looking out for my best interest, but did not. For example, she left for 10 days on vacation in the middle of my first contract negotiation and left me with her partner, Laura, who knew nothing about the contract and did not even bother to meet me or my husband. She ultimately lost the house for us.



Then after months of sending us daily listings that I had already seen on the internet each day, I found a piece of land on my own and presented it to Barbara so that she could help me draw up the contract with negotiate with the seller. After refusing to negotiate her commission she was unable to close on the property. She ended her communication with us, then 6 months later she and Laura have brought legal actions against my family and my new realtor to gain a commission that they did not earn and are not entitled to receive.



I would not recommend Barbara Polster or Laura Howard of Howard Properties to any buyer or seller in the Miami area. You will be sorely disappointed.
