Erica is not good with customers at all. We're trying to get AmeriGas to unlock the tank and they are not being helpful at all. Erica is saying that they book out a week, but giving us a date two weeks out. She has a tone, doesn't listen, and she acts like she's our customer, not the reverse. I will recommend against using them to anyone who will listen and I will not use them in the future.
