DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU ARE ASKING FOR PROBLEMS.
I've got them scheduled at 10am today. At 10:30 we called - no response. At 11am an employee responded and said they had had an emergency but in an hour or so they would go to us. We understand things happen, but it requires simple respect to other people not mentioning customers to call and inform. Then we've been calling them every half hour, leaving voice and text messages. They've ignored all. What a disrespect! They charge per hour but are not capable to comprehend that others time is not less valuable than theirs.
We would NOT recommend such servicemen especially if you need a job done on time.
