Very disappointed in the entire service today around 3:00 pm. My husband ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets, 3 packs of HOT MUSTARD, a Large Fries, and a large Chocolate shake.
He was told NO ice cream available, NO Chocolate Shake, so he ordered a coke. He asked the server if she had the 3 packs of The coke tasted like chlorine. I will like you to provide us with a free meal with HOT MUSTARD and napkins, and hot fries because the fries were not hot and the 2nd pack of nuggets was cooked twice.
I am not happy, Our address is 3118 10th St. W. Palmetto, Florida 34221. Thank you.

I didn't know when you order a double cheeseburger it meant a regular cheeseburger. The lady didn't even remember if she gave us straws. Nothing like the wrong food and even worse...it was cold.

Everytime I go there they don't put staws or napkins in my bag. Don't understand why this happens so much. complained to manager but he was like "well we will try harder". whatever.
