Did a great job on an antique secretary and was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Paid them $800 just for material to recover a large leather chair, ottoman and sofa. Dropped the chair and ottoman off exactly a year and a half ago (October 2015) when she called and said they were ready for it at their shop in Palmyra--never did take the sofa to them. In 6 more months it will be exactly 2 years since they have had the chair and ottoman. We've never heard anymore from them regarding the chair and ottoman--if it was finished if it's being worked on etc. My husband has called them several times. The excuses have been "we don't have any help, I'm going to be retiring, your ottoman only needs a few more staples then it will be done". They need to take their business sign down that's along the highway where you turn to go to their shop if they aren't in business any more. We are still hopeful that they will do the right thing and finish our chair and ottoman.
