Words can't express the appreciation we have for Columbia Cottage Hershey. Because of the leadership, my mom enjoyed her time at Columbia Cottage. I definitely recommend Columbia Cottage, you would greatly benefit from residing there. The staff provides peace of mind during your loved ones final years.

I would highly recommend Columbia Cottages for your loved ones. It is a wonderful place with so many options for the residents. The staff is composed of genuinely caring professionals who go over and above the call of duty.

Our mother's last 2 1/2 years were so much better because of each and everyone of the staff, from housekeeping, to food services, to all involved with her medicines and medical needs. We are proud to sing the praises of Columbia Cottage to everyone we know. Up until the last few months, mom loved to crochet. I hope you will find pleasure in some of her handywork. Thanks to all of you, we had mom 2 1/2 years longer then we expected to. A sincere thanks from our family.

Yesterday I discovered dried feces on my mother-in-law's sheets and blankets. When I questioned the staff about this, 2 of the employees were verbally abusive and I actually thought one was going to hit me. The supervisor ignored my requests to discuss the issue. I found out later on that my mother-in-law's oxygen was not connected to her. This is only some of the many issues we have had with Columbia Cottage. Do NOT send your relatives here.
