The actual optometrists do a fine job, but the same lady who always takes care of the reception/payment is GRUMPY and rude. She is old and has that sense of entitlement that a lot of old people have where they think they can say whatever they want no matter how rude it is because "they survived the great depression". Okay, she isn't THAT old, but she really is terrible. Everyone I've talked to who goes here knows exactly who I'm talking about because they have been mistreated by her as well. I think she must have some sort of social retardation because she does not understand how a business operates. She scares away the customers. This place is great for people who live in Lake Monticello because it is so close by and convenient, but this lady really needs to get a different job where she doesn't have to be around people all day, because she obviously doesn't know how to treat customers.
