Dr micromanages staff - kept leaving the room every time phone rang to tell staff what to say. Actually raised her voice at the assistant that was just trying to get the paperwork in order, telling assistant to collect the payment... the exam wasn't even over yet. Made me feel that something was wrong. It is ovious that Dr. Berkowitz does not trust her staff and doesn't even like them very much.
