Bart is a fraudster! Houzz cancels orders like this due to fraudulent engagement - investigated by a risk analysis team. I have ordered many things from Houzz and the customer service is IMPECCABLE. They even have a pre-sales support team that can answer any questions you have about any of the products listed. Plus they are some of the nicest people I've ever spoken to! Don't listen to Bart! Houzz rocks!

I wish there was ability to offer no stars. I shopped online, thought I was getting incredible deals and placed an order. They processed the debit on my account and then later cancelled my order. No explanation. I was not ultimately charged anything. Multiple attempts via phone and email and no response. This is the worst online site I have ever dealt with and I would describe worst customer service but I don't even no that they have any.
