I got my trusty bike a complete overhaul and the guys at Mike's did a fantastic job. My bike was back to me in 2 days flat, and they called me when it was ready. After a few rides, some cables stretched or something, so it needed some more TLC. They of course wanted to charge me until I reminded them that it was just tuned, at which point, they apologized and hooked me right up. Service guys are the heart of any bike shop and these guys rock.

Had a fantastic experience with these guys. Been riding for a while, know just enough about bikes to make me dangerous. They explained things in gross detail when I wanted them to, but simplified things when it was clear that's what I needed. Was able to test out several different models, and they transferred in the exact bike I decided on. Communication was good, pickup was smooth, I got a basic sizing and the option to come back for a more custom fit if that ends up being what I need. Good selection of clothing and all the stuff you need along with the bike, sprang for the 5 year service plan, which seems like an awesome deal. All in all, one great bike shop.
