I recently moved to this area, (I commute from CA to D,C.) and I checked out everyone from San Mateo to Sunnyvale for electrolysis. I did this because I had problems with scaring from laser work in D.C. I decided to try electrolysis, and I chose Palo Alto Electrolysis. I did this because of the consultation she gave me, the appearance of her office, how clean and orderly it is, and she did a sample for me of 10 minutes. Electrolysis does feel very different from laser, and I think it's easier. I didn't have any numbing cream on, and I was able to take it. I have just had my third treatment, and the work seems to be progressing quite well. I am a bit red for around one half an hour after words, but she puts some cover up on me, and I am able to go out without feeling uncomfortable. I don't feel any tweezing or pulling, just the heat sensation for a few seconds. She has a blue light that sterilizes the office, and an air purifier. I watch her put the doctor's paper on the treatment table, she washes her hands, puts gloves, mask and her surgical loops on, and then inserts the probe into the machine. I feel she is exceptionally careful and a bit obsessively clean, but I should not complain about that! Excellent place. Very sweet and patient with all of my questions. J. Brown

Cindy is super. She has cleared my back of grey hair, and now is doing my chest. My wife and two girls have also had treatments from Cindy, and tell me she is the best. My girls tried a few others in the surrounding area, and say this is the place for us. She's really comfortable to be around, and I've had very little regrowth on my back area. I would highly recommend going here. Wife and girls agree! :)

Cindy's wonderful. I really appreciate that I am not getting huge scabs that last for a week or even two like I did in the past. I feel so comfortable with her, and she's always able to answer any question I have about hair and hormones. I trust her with my skin and getting rid of the gross hair on my face.

I can't tell anyone who doesn't have a problem with unwanted hair how happy I am to be getting rid of this horrible problem. I'm so sick of feeling concerned that someone can see the hair on my face, and it's truly a blessing to be getting rid of it permanently!

I think Cindy is without a doubt the best electrologist I have ever been to.

I have a medical problem, and it causes me to continue to get new

hair growth. She has been able (I do not know how or why she is

better than anyone else) to help me to the point that I am now

only coming in once every coupleof months. I always had to come

in weekly before!

I have been having electrolysis for 2 years because of an hormonal problem. Since I started going to Cindy

it seems like I am finally making progress. She doesn't pull the hairs out, and I'm able to see skin now

where hair use to be. I only wish I had started with her. She seems to actually be doing what an electrologist

is suppose to. FINALLY!
