This is a nightmare. Everything changed from the presentation to move in: Actual condition of rented apartment, price, deposits, any other stated fees. Horrible horrible people. Over priced 600 sq ft apartment with no amenities. Notes on doors every other week. Always looking for reasons to enter. Charges: over 100% interest on late fees. Weekend repair calls. all utilities, no electronic payment, insist on certified checks. Won't reimburse amounts tenants pay on their behalf. Illegal Behaviors: The wiring for the stove was open, exposed and sitting on a cabinet shelf. Observed looking in my windows. Non-response to emails. They filled out the apartment move in condition checklist themselves! Do not rent from this company. Also everyone should report this company and their behavior to the authorities. You can do it on line. It's easy. We have to stop these out of control landlords.
